How they are multiplying good: They are One in a Million. Harper for Kids (HFK) Character Education program for K-12 schools is based on legendary UCLA Coach John Wooden’s “Pyramid of Success” and teaches youth essential character traits to help them be successful in life. With the challenge of distance learning, HFK was quick to adapt and create meaningful ways to support teachers and their efforts to instill positive character in their students.

HFK hosted virtual presentations for teachers with role models to inspire and connect students with successful people who provide a sense of representation for students to see themselves in – so they can realize they can be anything they want to be. Also, HFK provided teachers with “Pyramid of Success Book Baskets”, each book relating to a character trait from the Pyramid to read with their students.

HFK is dedicated to helping our youth build positive character so they can live successful and fulfilling lives while being able to overcome adversity and challenges for the present and future.
